You will discover how Business Continuity or Crisis Management plans can be used to make organizations more resilient. Our goal is to make a valuable contribution to ensuring that you are well-prepared for the KRITIS framework law.

This course is conducted in collaboration with the WSD Academy. Participants will receive a certificate confirming the knowledge gained.
We generally distinguish between Wildcards and Black Swans.
While both Wildcard and Black Swan events are related to uncertainty, Wildcards represent extreme but conceivable scenarios that can be incorporated into strategic planning.
Black Swan events, on the other hand, are so far outside of normal expectations that they overwhelm traditional risk management practices and require a different approach to strengthening organizational resilience.
